📦 Damages During Shipping

If your product arrives damaged or defective, please notify us within 5 days of delivery at makazai.official@gmail.com. We will review your case and, if eligible, accept a return. Customers are responsible for return shipping in such cases. Once we receive and inspect the item, a replacement or store credit will be issued.
